Lucrezia's goal and motivation is to bring wellness and enthusiasm for life to those she encounters.  With her intense training and experience in the performing arts she has the ability to understand and guide one through gratifying and challenging journeys.

Lucrezia merely uses the yoga principles as a medium to help you to stand in your own strength. Enabling you to undo the negativity and embrace a positive self. In whichever capacity, a private teacher, nutritional guide, or personal assistant, Lucrezia would be a great attribute to your life and goals.

Lucrezia was a performer on the Las Vegas stage and has the experience of traveling abroad several times assisting in the creative aspect of bringing production shows together. Mostly keeping harmony within the company.

Lucrezia has completed required training in advanced yoga techniques, and has combined the movement of dance and yoga together bringing birth to a style called JYM (Just Yoga Moves), which also includes her intense study of the inner teachings of the ancient mystery schools. She is a loyal, honorable, highly intuitive and loving spiritual being. Her goddess energy and calming effect will become addicting.

She has successfully raised a family and is now ready to assist you.
