Kundalini Yoga was brought to the West by Yogi Bhajan in 1969. The practice of Kundalini Yoga involves classic poses, chanting, coordination of breath and movement as well as meditation. Kundalini Yoga rewards yogis with spiritual transformation and unity consciousness.
