Kirk Schab didn't start out as a Yoga practitioner, he found yoga after a series of critical turning points in his life. After practicing yoga for over a year, Kirk found his head and his heart agreed on something for once in his life, a congruency.... Determined not to let this agreement go un-heeded, Kirk invested to undertake his teaching career. Starting with Bikram Yoga , He was certified in the fall/winter of 2004 at the Bikram Yoga College of India. By August 2005 his second branch of yoga training started with learning and completing the first level of Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga certification.
